Ki Ki MHP
A compassionate MH Practitioner dedicated to serving the Karen community with cultural sensitivity and understanding. Currently a senior BSW student working toward her MSW, she has gained valuable experience supporting immigrant Karen individuals through trauma-informed, community-centered care. Her aspiration is to become a licensed mental health therapist to better address behavioral health challenges and expand access to culturally responsive services for Karen families.

Amelia Zande MHP
A dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience supporting vulnerable individuals with mental illness across diverse social service environments. She has a strong background working with chronically homeless clients and specializes in navigating housing systems to secure stable, long-term housing. Amelia is also passionate about supporting women with disabilities by developing personalized strategies that promote independence. Aisha Omari MSW, MHP
A Kiswahili-speaking Mental Health Practitioner with extensive experience serving immigrant and refugee communities. She provides culturally responsive care in settings involving crisis intervention, case management, housing support, addiction education, and rehabilitation services. Her work includes supporting individuals experiencing trauma, depression, stress, and complex social challenges, as well as assisting those with disabilities in daily living and resource navigation. Recently earning her Master of Social Work, she is now pursuing clinical licensure and remains committed to compassionate, culturally grounded, client-centered mental health care.

Ali Ali MSW, M.Ed, LGSW – Clinical Trainee
Ali is a Clinical Trainee with more than 10 years of experience in community mental health, serving diverse populations. He brings strong knowledge of culturally responsive care, client engagement, and community-based behavioral health services. Ali is currently completing his LICSW clinical supervision hours and continues to build his clinical practice skills to support individuals with mental health needs in outpatient and community settings.

Aniso Farah M.Ed, MSW, LGSW, LADC – Clinical Trainee
Aniso Farah is a Clinical Trainee with strong experience supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. As both an LGSW and LADC, she brings valuable knowledge in integrated behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, and culturally informed care. Aniso is especially passionate about working with vulnerable women who are experiencing co-occurring challenges and helping them access supportive, person-centered services.

Jennifer Fairbanks BA, MSW-c – Behavioral Health Practitioner
Jennifer Fairbanks is a Behavioral Health Practitioner with experience working with clients who have mental health needs in community-based settings. She is currently completing her second MSW field practicum, where she continues to strengthen her skills in assessment, service planning, client support, and care coordination. Jennifer brings dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to helping clients improve stability and overall functioning.

She has worked in both public and private-sector settings, supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Sadia is currently pursuing her LICSW, and her professional goal is to become a community-based psychotherapist serving immigrants, refugees, and other underserved communities.
